Isolation Chamber
This doll is not haunted, the chamber is there to keep her from becoming haunted.
Available for adoption
Some things become haunted because we refuse to stop looking at them. The Type III Isolation Chamber was designed around a disturbing theory: human likenesses; dolls, mannequins, portraits, retain something from the people who observe them. A glance leaves almost nothing. A lifetime of attention is another matter. According to surviving Receptive Object Division documents, prolonged observation can progress through three stages: Recognition. Imitation. Occupation. The chamber does not imprison the doll. It isolates her from you. Every unfiltered observation increases the exposure count. Every photograph, every stare, every curious face pressed against the glass adds something else to what is already there. So please observe responsibly. And whatever you do... do not give her a name.
